Andrew Jackson Society's Code of Conduct

Preamble

I will give all honor and glory to God, my Lord and Creator.

Article I

I am an American Citizen who acknowledges the Constitution of the United States of America and my State, as the Supreme Law of the Land. Therefore I will support and defend those Constitutions.

Article II

I will endeavor to re-establish the Rule of Law in America.

Article III

I will resist, by all lawful means, the illegal usurpation of power by any governmental officer or agency.

Article IV

In a civil society legal truth is based on the law. I will support and obey all just laws that are lawfully promulgated by properly established authority. To act otherwise would constitute dishonesty.

Article V

I will obey the rules and by-laws of the Andrew Jackson Society.

Andrew Jackson Society's Standards of Ethics

Is it the TRUTH?

As an Associate of the Andrew Jackson Society I agree to tell the truth and act in an honorable manner.

Is it CONSTITUTIONAL?

As an Associate of the Andrew Jackson Society I agree to continually ask myself if any proposed or existing piece of legislation is Constitutional.

If it is deemed by competent counsel that any proposed or existing piece of legislation is deemed Unconstitutional then I shall vehemently oppose any law or legislative action to the best of my ability.

Will it build a STRONGER and CONSTITUTIONALLY SOUND Country?

As an Associate of the Andrew Jackson Society I agree to participate in events, and programs that foster a stronger more constitutionally sound government.

Will it be BENEFICIAL to the CITIZENS and the FIFTY UNION STATES?

As an Associate of the Andrew Jackson Society I agree to continually educate and inform other American citizen's of the sovereignty of the states and the protections afforded to the states and its citizen's by the 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

Andrew Jackson Society's Non-disclosure Agreement

This Agreement is between the Andrew Jackson Society ("AJS") and everyone who has applied to become and has received an acceptance from AJS to be an Associate ("ASSOCIATE"). The "Effective Date" of this agreement is the date in which AJS has accepted the ASSOCIATE's application to become an Associate Member of the AJS.

  1. Confidential Information. Confidential Information of AJS will mean information that AJS desires to protect against unauthorized use or disclosure, and which is furnished under this Agreement as follows:

1.1. SAMPLES AND DEMONSTRATION OF UNANNOUNCED AJS PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR PRE-PATENTED OR PRE-COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS;

1.2. WRITTEN OR OTHER TANGIBLE INFORMATION CLEARLY MARKED WITH A NOTICE SUCH AS "CONFIDENTIAL"; and

1.3. ORAL INFORMATION THAT IS SPECIFICALLY IDENTIFIED AT THE TIME OF DISCLOSURE AS BEING CONFIDENTIAL.

In addition to unannounced AJS Information includes: BUSINESS PLANS, MARKETING PLANS SPECIFICATIONS, MARKET TEST DATA, and RELEASE SCHEDULES. Confidential Information will not include information that: (a) enters the public domain without a breach of this Agreement, (b) is known to the recipient prior to the time of disclosure, or is independently developed by the recipient without using any AJS Information, or (c) is obtained from another source that the receiving party has no reasonable cause to believe is under any obligation of confidentiality.

  1. Protection. ASSOCIATE will treat all unannounced AJS product Information as proprietary and confidential, safeguarding unannounced AJS product Information at least as carefully as it would its own confidential information, and will use all reasonable efforts to prevent any unauthorized use or disclosure, including restricting access to the unannounced AJS product Information within its organization and ensuring that its employees comply with this Agreement. ASSOCIATE WILL NOT DISCLOSE ANY UNANNOUCED AJS INFORMATION TO ANY THIRD PARTY WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT UNLESS IT IS FIRST DETERMINED THAT SUCH THIRD PARTY IS COVERED BY A NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT WITH AJS. ASSOCIATE RECOGNIZES THAT, BECAUSE THE UNANNOUCED AJS INFORMATION IS PRELIMINARY AND CONCERNS UNANNOUNCED PRODUCT(s), PLAN(s) and SERVICES, AJS IS CONCERNED ABOUT PREMATURE DISCLOSURE, PARTICULARLY TO POTENTIAL COMPETITORS, AND OTHER MARKETING ORGANIZATIONS, AND ASSOCIATE WILL TAKE PARTICULAR CARE TO GUARD AGAINST SUCH DISCLOSURE. If ASSOCIATE learns of any unauthorized use or disclosure of any unannounced AJS Information, it will promptly notify AJS, and will reasonably cooperate with efforts to protect such unannounced AJS product Information.
  2. Use. ASSOCIATE WILL USE THE UNANNOUNCED AJS INFORMATION ONLY IN THE EVALUATION AND/OR FURTHERANCE OF HIS/HER RELATIONSHIP WITH AJS, AND FOR NO OTHER PURPOSE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT. All unannounced AJS Information will remain the property of AJS, and will be returned or destroyed upon written request.
  3. Term. The confidentiality obligations in this Agreement are binding for a period of THREE YEARS from the Effective Date.
  4. Publicity. The terms of this Agreement are publicly available at http://www.andrewjacksonsociety.org/code/
  5. General. The confidentiality obligations under this Agreement shall be binding on all successors and assigns of the ASSOCIATE. This Agreement supersedes all prior understandings or agreements regarding the same subject matter, and may be modified only by written agreement. This Agreement will be construed and enforced according to the substantive laws of the state of Texas .

Breach of the Code of Conduct, Ethics or Non-disclosure Agreement

Associates are subject to expulsion from the Society for any violations of the Code of Conduct, Rules or By-Laws Society. In the event of expulsion, said Associate agrees to be bound to the terms of the ANDREW JACKSON SOCIETY NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT.
